Position: Customer Service Rep/Warehouse for B&F Fastener Supply

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Omaha, NE 

Pay: $17-$19/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday, possibly hybrid 

Description: B&F Fastener Supply is hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage existing customer inventory levels and assist with general business operations of the branch. You will be responsible for servicing and traveling to our VMI accounts in the area on a daily basis, in a company-provided vehicle. A clean driving record is a must. You will also be asked to process orders and handle any customer inquiries or concerns.

Duties: 

• Pick, pack, load, and deliver product to customers accordingly
• Maintain established stock levels at customer locations
• Maintain relationships with key customer personnel
• Ensure that customer questions and concerns are promptly and courteously resolved
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
• Occasionally perform other warehouse duties, such as assisting with receiving, packaging and shipping

Physical Demands: 

• Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50lbs
• Ooccasionally lift more than 50 pounds
