Job Title: Customer Care Professional Sales Rep
SUMMARY: A successful candidate will be able to provide high quality customer service to WASI Customers. This is for an on-site position in the call center.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Effectively execute the following duties and responsibilities:
Solid Sales background
Responsible for driving individual sales through up selling and cross selling
Consistently meets assigned sales goals
Passion for delivering high quality customer service
Offers products and services over the telephone
Demonstrates problem solving skills
Maintains professional and technical knowledge of products and services offered
Complies with and adheres to selling WASI's client's products and services
Portrays strong soft skills
Has strong verbal communication skills
Quickly build professional relationships with the customers
Maintains Customer records by updating account information
Resolve product or service issues through identification and efficient resolution
Contributes to a team effort of delivering high quality customer service
Ability to manage Customers in difficult situations
Must demonstrate strong attendance
Must be team oriented
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested
Ability to be assertive, self-motivated and possess drive
Complies with and adheres to selling policies, procedures, and Company ethics
Overcomes specific objections raised by customer
Closes the sale and is respectful of the customer's rights

High School diploma or equivalent
1+ years of sales/customer service experience preferred
1-2 years Call Center experience
Meeting sales goals
Product knowledge

Typing skills 30 words per minute
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
