Pay: $18-$20/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week, overtime as needed

Description: Paladino Development Group is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an apprentice mechanic. As one of the premier property management companies in downtown Omaha and surrounding communities, we offer a stimulating work environment and ample opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain Paladino's fleet by performing regular inspections and scheduled maintenance
• Purchase parts and document invoices accurately
• Conduct vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations
• Assist in vehicle repossession and towing processes (training provided for the right candidate)
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding vehicle maintenance and safety

Requirements:

• Own tools and equipment
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass an MVR
• Knowledge of basic fleet maintenance, including: brakes, oil changes, tire mounting, bulb replacement, and basic engine and driveline systems diagnosis and repair
