WASI is seeking candidates who can manage high volume incoming and outcoming calls. Respond to customer service inquiries, generate sales leads that develop into new customers, and identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction. Qualified candidates must have excellent communications skills, a drive to succeed, and a willingness to learn.

Home Agent Responsibilities
∙ Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
∙ Generate sales leads
∙ Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
∙ Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
∙ Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
∙ Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
∙ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
∙ Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
∙ Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
∙ Take the extra mile to engage customers
 
Job Requirements
∙ 1+ years of call center/customer service experience preferred/not required
∙ GED or HS Diploma preferred
∙ 18 years and older
∙ Must be able to multitask
∙ Ability to type 25 wpm
∙ Mange between different portals and systems
∙ Basic computer/typing skills
∙ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
∙ Professional appearance and attitude
∙ Team player
