Position: Meat Processor for Elmwood Meat Plant

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time

Location: Elmwood, NE

Pay: $18-$30/hr

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Morning shift
• Day shift
• Overtime

Duties:

• Operate processing equipment in a food production environment
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to fabricate and process food products
• Cut and prepare meat products according to specifications
• Package processed food products for distribution
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area

Qualifications/Skills:

• Ability to cut and prepare meat products accurately
• Skill in packaging food products efficiently and safely
• Strong attention to detail in maintaining sanitation standards
