Description: We are seeking a skilled Framer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various construction techniques and be proficient in using a variety of tools to frame structures accurately and efficiently.

Duties:

• Measure, cut, and assemble wood and metal frames according to blueprints and specifications
• Install structures such as windows, doors, and staircases
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project completion within deadlines
• Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and complies with building codes
• Perform tasks involving heavy lifting and working at heights

Qualifications/Skills:

• Driver's license (required)
• Experience in framing or related fields
• Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for construction projects
• Knowledge of construction management principles is a plus
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks
• Familiarity with roof construction
• Previous experience as a carpenter or framer
