Job Type:  Full-time, Seasona, mainly during the late Spring, all Summer, and early Fall 

Pay: $16/hr, depending on expierence 

Schedule: 40 hours per week plus generous OT most weeks depending on the work

Location: We work all throughout the state of Nebraska. Our main office is located in Red Cloud, NE and we provide transportation to the various job sites. When the job sites require a commute longer than an hour each way, we provide temporary housing arrangements for Sunday through Friday.

Description: We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in operating various heavy equipment such as loaders, tankers, dump box trucks, broom tractors, rollers, laydown machines, and chip spreaders. If you have a passion for construction and possess mechanical knowledge, we want to hear from you.

Duties:

• Operate heavy equipment including loaders, tankers, dump box trucks, broom tractors, rollers, laydown machines, and chip spreaders
• Ensure equipment is maintained and operated safely
• Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors
• Complete daily equipment inspections and report any malfunctions

Requirements: 

• Valid drivers license

Skills: 

• Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment
• Experience in loader operation
• Ability to dig, bulldoze, and build using heavy machinery
• Familiarity with tanker operations
• Competence in operating various heavy equipment like laydown and chip spreading machines
