Duties: 

• Performs a variety of day-to-day operations related to first party collections
• Implementing each client's policies and practices for ensuring satisfaction in handling of patient accounts with compliance of State and Federal governed laws, under general supervision
• Perform billing functions to ensure invoicing is complete and accurate
• Call patients on behalf of our healthcare clients to answer questions they have related to their medical bill and help guide them toward account resolution
