• One-Time Needy Assistance Program: Last resort financial assistance for current rent or utility bills, propane, medications, and medical co-payments for individuals who meet qualifications. All other community agencies must be contacted first (list of agencies and contact information on website). Assistance is not available to pay for deposits, reconnect/disconnect/late fees, hotel/motel stays, telephones, cable, garbage service, mortgage payments, insurance, past rent, rent to family/friends, storage units, vehicle payments/maintenance, home appliances, OTC medications (without Rx), medications for smoking cessation/weight loss, or narcotics and other addictive medications. 
• Burial Assistance Program: available for homeless residents with no family resource
• Interim Disability Program: available for people with physical and/or mental illnesses who are unable to work and meet qualifications.
• Back-to-Work Program: Limited financial assistance for up to 3 consecutive months for people with no income (and no household income) while seeking employment.
